How To Sell

Selling your furniture with ease. And when your items sell, we will give you a check for 60% of the selling price.


In general terms, for non-antique furniture, we accept items that are 10 years old or newer, in like-new condition, and are of a style that has strong demand.

If you would like to inquire about us selling your item(s), please contact us to discuss your items. Pictures, pictures, pictures! Pictures can be sent via emailing us, brought into the store or sent via regular mail. Emailing is preferred. If your furniture is less than 3 years of age and in "like-new" condition, we can usually pre-approve your item by just asking you a few questions.

You can bring in your items without pre-approval, however, keep in mind that if we are not able to accept them, you'll need to take them back with you.


Delivery To Showroom

Bring your pre-approved items in any day during the hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call ahead to make sure someone is available to assist you. You can reach us @ (251) 473-2565


High Cotton will carefully inspect your items, and then recommend pricing with consideration given to condition, quality of constructions, manufacturer, original purchase price, style, and demand of the item. We view each consignment as a partnership. It is in everyone's interest to price your item(s) at a fair market value that would realistically attract a sell.
